Friends and Colleagues,
I have exciting news. In 1996, Carla Perry founded an independent book publishing company in Newport, Oregon. Since, Dancing Moon Press has published over 300 books.
Last month, Carla retired and sold her small press to me. I am delighted to take over where Carla left off in supporting writers at every stage of the writing process, and especially in helping them to realize their dreams to become authors.
Carla and I are hosting two open-house style events to celebrate the transition. All are welcome. Please join us in Newport or Bend later this month.
- Newport, Oregon Celebration: Saturday, November 24, 3 to 5 p.m. at the Newport Visual Arts Center, 777 NW Beach Drive. Second floor meeting room (stairs & elevator available).
- Bend, Oregon Celebration: Thursday, November 29, 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Dudley’s Bookstore Café, 135 NW Minnesota Avenue.
I hope to see you!
Below is the press release. Spread the word, and reach out to me anytime to talk books and more.
